The Role
As our Creative Content Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, filming, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content across TikTok and Instagram. You'll work closely with our client teams to create and transform ideas into high-performing social content that captures attention and drives engagement.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is both creative and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media culture and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reel content for a variety of client brands.
Research trends, sounds, memes, and viral content opportunities.
Develop content concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
Film and act in content on‑site, in studio, and at client locations.
Edit short‑form videos using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and content scripts.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
Stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends, and social media best practices.
