The Role

As our Creative Content Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, filming, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content across TikTok and Instagram. You'll work closely with our client teams to create and transform ideas into high-performing social content that captures attention and drives engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media culture and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reel content for a variety of client brands.
  • Research trends, sounds, memes, and viral content opportunities.
  • Develop content concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Film and act in content on-site, in studio, and at client locations.
  • Edit short-form videos using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and content scripts.
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, creator trends, and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, videographers, and account managers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

  • Proven experience creating content that drives engagement and audience growth.
  • Excellent video editing skills.
