My client is looking for a Salesforce-centric Data & Integration Technical Engineer to own and evolve the entire Sales & Marketing tech stack for a fast-growing group of Salesforce-based SaaS companies. You will operate at the intersection of data engineering, Salesforce development, and go-to-market operations, ensuring that all CRM, BDR, and marketing systems function as a single, intelligent ecosystem. We are looking for a technical engineer, deeply fluent in Salesforce architecture & development, and capable of administering and extending Salesforce Data Cloud to unify data across multiple orgs. You will design and maintain the backbone that connects Data Cloud, 5+ Salesforce CRMs, Apollo, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, enrichment tools, and analytics β enabling segmentation, activation, and revenue insights across the entire product group. This is a high-impact role at the core of our go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities
- Engineering & Development
- Develop in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Manage field mappings, data transformations, and automations across orgs.
- Build custom integrations with external systems when required.
- Data Engineering & Architecture
- Own the full layered data architecture (bronze / silver / gold) inside Data Cloud or equivalent.
- Ensure high data quality, governance, and continuous synchronization.
- Build pipelines between Salesforce, BDR systems, marketing platforms, and enrichment tools.
- Maintain and evolve integrations across:
- Pardot / Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next
- Apollo (business units model)
- Cognism, Lusha, ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Ads / Sales Navigator
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (data model, architecture, governance).
- Hands-on development experience: Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs.
- Experience managing or implementing Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) or a similar CDP.
- Strong background in ETL/ELT, SQL, API integrations, and data pipelines.
- Experience integrating sales & marketing tools.
- High literacy in data: schemas, transformations, deduplication, identity resolution.
- Comfortable translating GTM requirements into scalable technical solutions.
