We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to help build, execute, and continuously improve the Digital marketing presence.
Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager drives online growth by planning and executing digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role blends strategy, hands‑on execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Strategy — Develop and implement digital plans aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Execution — Manage SEO, PPC, social, email, and content campaigns.
- Performance Analytics — Track KPIs, analyze data, and optimize for ROI.
- SEO & Content Oversight — Guide keyword strategy, content planning, and on‑page optimization.
- Social Media Management — Oversee content calendars, engagement, and community growth.
- Website & UX — Manage updates, CRO, and user journey improvements.
- Budget Management — Allocate and monitor digital marketing spend.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with sales, product, and creative teams.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of driving organic growth and inbound pipeline in B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical SEO expertise: crawl optimisation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, log file analysis.
- Strong command of SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent), Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Working knowledge of AEO and GEO frameworks with hands-on experience optimising for AI-powered search surfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Lovable (AI website builder).
- Proficiency with WordPress: theme management, plugin ecosystem, performance optimisation.
- Comfortable in a group/holding company structure: able to influence without authority, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and work across product brands with different audiences.
- Data-driven orientation: able to connect organic performance to pipeline contribution and frame results in revenue terms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digital properties across different brands simultaneously.
- Experience in or exposure to the Salesforce ISV / AppExchange ecosystem.
- Familiarity with review platform management programmes (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius).
- Experience contributing to knowledge graph and AI citation strategies.
- Background working within a PE-backed or portfolio company structure.
