Location: Greater London/Remote
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help build, execute, and continuously improve our B2B demand generation engine. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role focused on creating qualified pipeline for mid-market and enterprise sales. You will work closely with the CMO, Sales, BDRs, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into measurable demand programs. You are comfortable running campaigns end to end, experimenting with channels and messaging, using data to optimize performance, and leveraging AI and automation to move faster and smarter. Please note: This is not a brand or communications role. This is a pure DemandGen role. Success is measured in pipeline created, conversion rates, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, including:
- Email and marketing automation/LinkedIn
- Content activation (whitepapers, case studies, reports)
- Webinars and virtual sessions as scalable demand-generation assets
- Targeting and segmentation
- Campaign setup, activation & performance tracking
- Translate GTM priorities defined by the CMO into concrete, executable programs
- Improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization
- Accelerate content creation and campaign execution
- Optimize campaign performance
- CRM and marketing automation
- Enrichment, intent, and analytics tools
- Build campaign-level insights for the CMO and marketing leadership
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales and/or BDR teams
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools and automation platforms
- Curious, experimental mindset with a strong execution bias
- Experience in B2B SaaS with mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
- Exposure to ABM or account-based motions
- Experience using AI tools in marketing execution
- Experience in technical SaaS infrastructure products (ETL, Observability, Cloud technologies).
