About the role: We are looking for a UK based (ideally London) Project Manager with experience in managing multiple ERP implementation projects within a strategic program or overseeing very large individual ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling multiple concurrent projects, teams, and vendors, and possess the skills to drive the strategic direction of these projects.
What you will be responsible for:
- Participate in pre-sales activities and in collaboration with solution architects provide budgets and high-level plans for pipeline projects.
- Initiate and independently drive projects end-to-end.
- Management of the project team(s).
- Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the respective clients.
- End-to-End management and coordination of the project and responsibility for the successful completion of the project.
- Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team.
- Solve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
- Design schedule for the project, and set timeline for each member of the team and delegate specific tasks to each member of the project.
- Responsible for the timely completion and within the stipulated budget as well as providing monthly financial reports to the Yavica management team.
- Predict risk factors and eliminate them for the successful completion of the project.
- Frequently report about the project to the clients on exactly about the progress of the project, if it is laid down in the proposal.

- Have experience with Dynamics 365 ERP implementation or other big ERP solutions.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and experience collaborating on Incident, Problem, and Change/Release Management.

- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts.
- Possess exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Have willingness to learn new technologies and investigate complex problems.
- Are experienced with working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to keep a high level of quality in work and a positive mindset.
- Experience of working independently and taking responsibility for the clients and issues raised.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment with colleagues from around the world.
- By nature, are a curious person that likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with the possibility to build new skills and apply them in everyday work with the benefit for you and the team around you.
- Have the ability to work across multiple time zones primarily within Europe.
