About the role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Functional Consultant with a solid background in the real estate industry and proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. As part of our Support Services team, you will collaborate with an international network of colleagues and customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping clients optimize their business processes, maximize the value of their YAVICA products with D365 Finance, and achieve measurable results. You will support customers globally in unlocking the full potential of their Dynamics platform while fostering long‑term partnerships built on trust and value creation.
What you will be responsible for:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong partnerships founded on trust and sustainable growth.
- Assess client business processes, methodologies, and training needs, recommending targeted improvements.
- Advise and support clients in maximizing the value of YAVICA products for the real estate industry.
- Proactively monitor software performance and take corrective actions to ensure stability and optimal functionality.
- Gather ongoing client feedback to improve system usability and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues while enhancing solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business to deliver tailored, process‑aligned solutions.
