About this role: As the Product Manager for the Property Operations and Customer Engagement (CE) areas of the YAVICA products, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, prioritising features, and guiding products through their lifecycle in alignment with customer needs. Your responsibilities will encompass our solutions across the operational (space management, facility management, construction) and customer engagement (leasing, tenant services, and asset management) aspects of property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of property management, and the desire to create solutions that bring value to tenants, asset managers, and property managers.
In this role, your key responsibilities are to:
- Own the entire product lifecycle from conception through development, launch, ongoing maintenance and feature releases.
- Define the product vision and business value, ensuring alignment with organisational goals; build business cases for new products and features.
- Maintain the product roadmap and tactical delivery plan.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gather feedback and requirements to inform product features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with other Product Managers, Product leadership, and other YAVICA departments on shared deliverables.
- Work closely with other Product Managers and the Head of Product Management to align strategy across teams; to ensure deliverables meet standards; to obtain peer review and endorsement on major changes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Architects to ensure functional and technical designs deliver on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
- Prioritise features based on customer value, strategic objectives, and organisational goals, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Establish metrics for success, monitor performance of the product.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- A qualification in a relevant field (Computer Science, Accounting, Business, etc.)
- Domain knowledge in Real Estate or Property Management processes or software.
- Domain knowledge in the Microsoft platform and tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics F&O or CE, Field Services, Project Operations, or the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication, ability to articulate product value, engage stakeholders, and align teams to a common goal.
- Business acumen: familiar with business fundamentals, business cases, and identifying business value.
- Research skills: strong ability to research and analyse markets, technologies, and competitors and draw effective conclusions.
- Prioritisation skills: adept at prioritising deliverables, identifying tactical milestones for delivery against constraints.
- Strategic thinking: ability to think strategically about product vision, market position, customer segmentation, buyer personas.
- Customer understanding: the ability to get to the underlying “why” of the customer, their ultimate goals and objectives.
- Product delivery experience: experience in bringing together UI/UX, functional designers, and technical architects to drive high quality products and features, from inception to launch.
- Product growth experience: experience in growing products from early stage to maturity.
