About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event & Partner Marketing Manager to lead YAVICA’s event and partner‑led marketing initiatives across our key regions, including the UK, Nordics, Continental Europe and North America. You will be responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and continuously improving events and partner activities that connect YAVICA with prospects, clients, and partners. You will define and shape event and partner marketing concepts and formats, ensuring they are relevant, differentiated and commercially impactful. This is a dual-focus role covering both event marketing and partner marketing. The role owns and develops both areas as distinct but closely connected disciplines, ensuring strong execution within each while aligning them to common commercial goals. The role reports to the CMO and works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including marketing, sales, customer success, and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Event planning & execution
    • Plan and deliver events across markets and formats, including industry conferences, YAVICA hosted events, partner‑led and co‑sponsored events, webinars, and senior‑level roundtables.
    • Own end‑to‑end delivery of events, from concept development and planning through execution and post‑event follow‑up.
    • Ensure all events are well‑run, relevant to their audience, and align with YAVICA’s messaging, positioning, and tone of voice.
  • Partner marketing
    • Plan and execute partner‑led marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team and our partnerships & alliances team.
    • Deliver co‑marketing activities such as joint events, campaigns, and initiatives with selected partners.
    • Act as the marketing counterpart in partner collaborations, ensuring strong coordination and practical execution.
  • Measurement, impact & optimisation
    • Define clear objectives and success measures for events and partner initiatives.
    • Track performance and ensure events are measurable by impact, such as pipeline contribution, customer retention, or awareness.
    • Use insights and results to continuously improve formats, targeting, and execution.

Required experience & profile

  • Solid experience in event marketing, field or partner marketing, ideally in a complex B2B or SaaS context.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to translate industry context into relevant events and partner initiatives.
  • Proven ability to deliver events end‑to‑end, combining planning, execution, and follow‑up.
  • Experience working with partners on co‑hosted or co‑marketed initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable when it comes to delivery.
  • Fluent in English with strong stakeholder communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in real estate, proptech/cretech, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience supporting senior‑level audiences, such as executive roundtables or invite‑only events.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools used to track leads and event outcomes.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and managing different stakeholders.

This role can be based across several of our locations, with a preference for the UK or Copenhagen. While we support a flexible, hybrid working model, events are at the core of this role and require regular travel and in‑person presence across our key markets.
