As the Product Owner for the Property Accounting areas of our YAVICA products, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritising product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality software solution. Your responsibilities will encompass our range of solutions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, tax accounting, loans and treasury.
Work closely with other Product Owners and the Head of Product Ownership to align features across teams; collaborate with developers to clarify acceptance criteria, answer questions, and make decisions during feature implementation. Be accountable for product quality, working with Junior Product Owner and testing resources to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test cases for automated and manual testing. Participate in defect triage, validation, resolution and testing. Ensure documentation and training materials accurately reflect features and functionality of the solution.
Domain knowledge: Real Estate, Property Management or Property Accounting processes or software. Domain knowledge in the Microsoft platform, especially Dynamics Finance & Operations.
UI/UX skills: Familiarity with design standards, usability, user experience principles, and user-centric design.
Technical skills: Sufficient experience in software development to engage effectively with technical teams on design and decisions.
Time management: Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and help delivery to stay on track.
