About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Functional Consultant with a solid background in the real estate industry and proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. As part of our Support Services team, you will collaborate with an international network of colleagues and customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping clients optimize their business processes, maximize the value of their YAVICA products with D365 Finance, and achieve measurable results. You will support customers globally in unlocking the full potential of their Dynamics platform while fostering long‑term partnerships built on trust and value creation.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong partnerships founded on trust and sustainable growth.
  • Assess client business processes, methodologies, and training needs, recommending targeted improvements.
  • Advise and support clients in maximizing the value of YAVICA products for the real estate industry.
  • Proactively monitor software performance and take corrective actions to ensure stability and optimal functionality.
  • Gather ongoing client feedback to improve system usability and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues while enhancing solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business to deliver tailored, process‑aligned solutions.

  • Strong expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with the ability to advise on financial processes and operations.
  • 3–4 years of experience in real estate administration or property management.
  • Knowledge of property management standards and industry processes.
  • Skilled in Incident, Problem, and Change Management with a strong track record in client support.
  • A structured, responsible approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and a positive mindset.
  • Experience working independently and in multicultural, international environments across multiple time zones.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, collaboration, and consistent delivery.
