Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality pastry dishes in line with brand standards and recipes.
  • Manage your designated pastry section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency during service.
  • Maintain excellent standards of presentation, precision and attention to detail.
  • Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, service and section organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment.
  • Passion for pastry, desserts and high-quality food production.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
