Key Responsibilities
- Support the front-of-house team to deliver smooth, efficient, and professional service.
- Assist Waiters and Head Waiters with food running, clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining section organisation.
- Ensure all service areas are clean, stocked, and prepared throughout each shift.
- Support opening and closing duties including polishing glassware and cutlery, preparing mise-en-place, and restocking stations.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail in table presentation and cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless guest flow during service.
- Follow direction from senior team members and actively participate in training sessions.
- Handle equipment carefully and report breakages or shortages promptly.
- Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the brand positively.
- Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH requirements.
