Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment, supporting our bar team to deliver exceptional service while developing your skills within a world-class brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A flexible approach to supporting the bar team with stock replenishment, glassware and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
