We are looking to appoint HLTAs to join Holme Court Hampshire, starting in April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teaching assistants and HLTAs to make a real difference working with a small group of pupils who have additional needs.
The role is full time. You will be supporting and working with small groups of pupils who have additional needs. We are seeking dynamic, inspirational, and highly motivated individuals to join us. You will be enthusiastic, experienced, and well qualified with a good understanding of SEND needs.

With a personalised curriculum, highly trained staff, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere, we help each child unlock their unique potential. As an HLTA at Holme Court Hampshire you will support a tailored curriculum to pupils aged 7 – 13.
We are looking for HLTAs who can:
- Take responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
- Work with identified curriculums and support specific subjects as well as helping with lesson planning.
- Develop learning resources, deliver lessons, and support the assessment of learning.
- Support extra-curricular activities such as education visits and recording/reporting pupil outcomes.
- At times, be the lead practitioner in the class delivering whole class teaching without the teacher present.
