Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Representative terrain motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance ! Rattaché(e) à un(e) Team Leader, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans le développement des services financiers de Yassir dans ta région. Ta mission principale : acquérir de nouveaux agents, entretenir des relations solides avec les agents existants, et faire croître l’activité sur ton territoire.

Missions :

  • Identifier et cibler de manière proactive les commerçants Ă  fort potentiel pour leur proposer de devenir agents Yassir.
  • PrĂ©senter le produit agent wallet (portefeuille agent), en mettant en avant ses avantages pour les agents (revenus supplĂ©mentaires) et leurs clients (inclusion financière).
  • NĂ©gocier et intĂ©grer de nouveaux agents, tout en s’assurant qu’ils comprennent bien les offres et les conditions contractuelles.
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les agents assignĂ©s, assurer une communication fluide et rĂ©pondre rapidement Ă  leurs prĂ©occupations.
  • RĂ©aliser des visites rĂ©gulières pour garantir la satisfaction des agents et leur fournir un support continu.
  • DĂ©velopper et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des stratĂ©gies pour accroĂ®tre le volume de transactions et les revenus gĂ©nĂ©rĂ©s par le rĂ©seau d’agents.
  • Identifier les opportunitĂ©s de vente additionnelle des services Yassir auprès des agents existants.
  • Surveiller en permanence le bon fonctionnement du service chez les agents, dĂ©tecter les blocages Ă©ventuels.
  • Aider les agents Ă  rĂ©soudre les interruptions de service et s’assurer que leurs portefeuilles Ă©lectroniques sont toujours approvisionnĂ©s (argent digital ou espèces).
  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec le Team Leader pour rĂ©soudre les problèmes de liquiditĂ© des agents et garantir la fluiditĂ© des opĂ©rations.

Profil :

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expĂ©rience dans la vente, idĂ©alement dans les services financiers, les tĂ©lĂ©coms, le tabac ou les produits de grande consommation (FMCG).
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication, nĂ©gociation et relations interpersonnelles.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  Ă©tablir des relations de confiance avec les clients.
  • Motivation personnelle, esprit de conquĂŞte, orientĂ©(e) rĂ©sultats.
  • Bon sens de l’organisation et gestion du temps.
  • Ă€ l’aise avec les applications mobiles.
  • Permis de conduire et vĂ©hicule obligatoire (voiture).
