**We're specifically looking for a Product Manager who had led the end-to-end development of a stablecoin based solution. This is a must-have requirement**

Over the years our product offering has evolved and sometimes pivoted a little, but that focus has remained the same.
We believe there is a sweet spot in the combination of payment and identity data that will dramatically improve payment velocity, security and consumer trust.
We use open banking to power real-time payments and instant verification.

In June 2025 we were delighted to announce Series A led by Discerning Capital, which will ensure our growth continues not just across Europe but also entering the US market.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Stablecoins to lead Yaspa’s exploration and development of stablecoin based payment solutions on a global scale; Europe and the US.
You’ll define and deliver our product strategy for stablecoin use cases.
From pay-ins and settlement to treasury and liquidity.
Ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory, technical, and commercial trends.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as engineering, compliance and marketing and external partners to design and launch stablecoin features that are compliant, scalable and aligned with Yaspa’s broader payments products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and strategy for Yaspa’s stablecoin initiatives.
- Engage and align with cross functional stake holders on go to market activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis across stablecoin ecosystems (e. g., USDC, EURC, Pay Pal USD).
- Define and deliver proof of concept and MVP products that leverage stablecoin rails.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to FCA and global regulatory frameworks.
- Work with engineering to design APIs and integrations that support stablecoin functionality within Yaspa’s platform.
- Evaluate and onboard potential blockchain and payments partners.
- Translate technical and regulatory constraints into clear business decisions and product requirements.
- Track key performance metrics (adoption, transaction volume, settlement time, cost reduction).
- Communicate progress and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins and digital assets. Both technically and commercially.
- Experience launching regulated financial products or working closely with compliance teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex topics into simple narratives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience.
Desirable
- Domain expertise across payments, embedded finance, gaming or regulated financial services.
- Experience working in a scaling startup environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage closely with engineering teams.
- Experience with payment APIs or settlement systems.
- Knowledge of De Fi, tokenized deposits or CBDCs.
- Familiarity with the UK and EU regulatory landscape for digital assets.
