We're hiring someone to help build Yashy into the loudest, warmest, most useful corner of the internet for women and their hormones. Yashy is a high-growth women's wellness brand, US-based, founded in the UK by Alia — who you'll work with directly, every day. We started in menopause and we're expanding fast into hormone health for women 18-40. The Yashy name means flamboyant glow in Arabic. The brand is confident, gutsy, informed-not-clinical, and unafraid of the conversations everyone else tiptoes around. We talk to women as equals ...not patients, not victims. Always warm, sometimes cheeky, never preachy.
To help grow Yashy into a community of 50K engaged followers...then beyond.... We're not short on content. Alia films founder videos weekly, we have a full hormone-range photoshoot, creator-seeded UGC from our paid agency, and Alia happily films lifestyle content on her travels. What we need is someone obsessed with how that raw material becomes a feed people stop scrolling for, a TikTok account people send to their group chat, and a community that feels like a close-friends story. This could be your defining moment.
What you'll own:
- TikTok and Instagram, day-to-day — strategy, posting cadence, the whole feed. Expect 4+ IG posts per week and 4+ TikToks per week as a floor.
- Editing and packaging Alia's founder content into scroll-stopping TikToks and Reels. Repurposing photoshoot and creator assets.
- Community management in comments and DMs, replying as a peer, not a brand. This is about one third of the job.
- Creator and influencer outreach, building real relationships with 50-200 micro-creators in cycle, PCOS, hormone and menopause spaces. Seeding product, briefing collabs, tracking what actually moves the needle.
- Trend-spotting and rapid response, turning a viral sound into a Yashy edit before it cools off.
- Monthly reporting on what worked, what didn't, what we're learning.
This is you:
- UK-based, with the right to work in the UK.
- A social media natural. 10,000+ personal followers on TikTok or Instagram (ideally both).
- You can edit on CapCut in your sleep.
- You're already deep in the women's health conversation online, you can name ten creators in this space off the top of your head and tell us who's actually good (and who's selling snake oil).
- You write captions and DMs in a voice that sounds like a friend, not a brand.
- Evidence of growth you've driven, your own account, a creator you've worked with, or a brand you took from A to B.
- Comfortable on camera (we'll occasionally want you in BTS, team takeovers, packing days).
- Genuinely fascinated by women's health. Not 'I'll learn it', you find it actually interesting.
- A self-starter who maintains output when no-one's looking.
The practicalities:
- £28,000 equivalent, paid monthly as a UK freelance contractor (we're a US business).
- 3-month initial contract with view to permanent.
- Hybrid, mostly working from home, with a London meetup with Alia and the team 1-2 times a month.
- Start date: ASAP. Our Hormone range launches this summer and we want you firmly in place for it.
- Reports directly to our engaged & supportive founders.
How to apply:
Send the following: A 60-second Loom video telling us: who you are, what you're watching/listening to/obsessed with right now in women's health, and one Yashy post you'd change and why. Links to your TikTok and Instagram. One brand or creator you've worked with (if any). No CVs. We don't care where you went to uni. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid trial project (£200 for ~1 day's work) where we'll send you raw Yashy content and ask you to produce a mini content plan plus a few edited posts. This is the most important part of the process, it's how we hire. Apply by 29 May 2026. We're reviewing as applications come in and may close early if we find the right person.
