About The Role
We are recruiting experienced NMC-registered Registered General Nurses (Adult) across the UK to join our nationwide team of Functional Assessors. This role is perfect for nurses seeking predictable daytime hours, improved work-life balance, and an opportunity to use their clinical expertise in a new, structured, and highly supportive environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training, so no previous Functional Assessor experience is needed.
What’s On Offer
- Competitive salary: £37,500 - £49,934 (depending on where you live)
- Hybrid working model, combining centre-based assessments with home-based report writing
- Structured salary increments:
- £1,000 uplift at 6 months
- Further £1,000 uplift at 12 months
