Day to Day
You will assess up to four to five customers daily, conducting clinical observations, questioning, and creating written reports for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), which will use your reports to make support decisions. Customer satisfaction at assessments is 96%.
Training
Extensive industry-leading training will be provided, focusing on clinical areas such as mental health and musculoskeletal issues, especially where you feel you have knowledge gaps. The training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid, and will support your NMC registration revalidation.
Development
Post-training, you will have ongoing CPD, revalidation support, and career development opportunities within the organization. You will maintain your clinical skills and develop your portfolio, with roles meeting NMC and HCPC revalidation and re-registration requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- One year of post-registration experience with NMC/HCP as an RGN/RMN/RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or overseas equivalent.
- Essential IT and computer skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
