The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to distribute within the business.
- Line Side Fulfilment of material parts production activity.
- Stock control of finished goods, consumables and materials.
- Packing and preparing delivery of goods to customers.
- Providing components from stock for all departments.
- Ensuring that inventories are accurate and controlling inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure that all orders are tracked and updated with estimated delivery times.
- Stock Counting experience.
- Maintaining the stores in a neat and tidy fashion.
- Updating our ERP system of stock received against purchase orders.
- Compliance with all company policies, in particular our quality, health and safety and environmental policies.
- Any other duties as required.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous proven experience working within a mechanical / electrical production assembly environment.
- Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Outlook and preferably a stock management system.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Results-orientated and good attention to detail.
- Good understanding and appreciation for health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for you, your colleagues and visitors at all times.
- A strong team player, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- A curious approach consistently exploring opportunities to learn.
- To be delivery focussed, seeking feedback on one’s own performance and outputs.

Desirable:
- Experience of using Microsoft Navigation Dynamics ERP system.
- Experience in operating forklift vehicles.
Internal: Production Assembly / Stores, Supply Chain and Purchasing teams.
External: Shipping hauliers, and delivery companies.
