Your mission

The Regional Procurement Manager is responsible for executing and supporting procurement activities across the assigned region, in close collaboration with the Global Procurement Manager. The role focuses on operational procurement execution, supplier coordination, data accuracy, and regional implementation of global procurement standards, policies, and tools. This position works within a globally defined procurement framework, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies, processes, KPIs, and systems, while supporting regional operational needs.

Supplier Management & Operational Procurement

  • Manage day-to-day supplier interactions, including delivery issues, credits, billing discrepancies, and service follow-up.
  • Identify and source suppliers aligned with regional operational requirements, in coordination with the Global Procurement Manager.
  • Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and local pricing trends.
  • Support commercial negotiations by preparing price comparisons, benchmarks, and market insights.
  • Handle RFQs from sites through proposal evaluation, recommendation, and purchase order issuance, in line with global procurement guidelines.

Procurement Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate supplier catalogs, SKUs, pricing, and contracts within the procurement system.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely updates according to global standards.
  • Support and guide internal users in correct system usage and procurement processes.
  • Act as a regional point of contact for system-related procurement questions and operational issues.

Purchasing Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse procurement data, including spend, pricing trends, supplier comparisons, and usage patterns.
  • Identify regional market dynamics and risks impacting procurement decisions.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the Global Procurement Manager to support strategic decision-making.

Internal Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work in close partnership with the Global Procurement Manager to implement global procurement processes, standards, KPIs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and site managers to understand operational needs and improve procurement service levels.
  • Ensure alignment between regional execution and global procurement strategy.
  • Provide regular procurement updates, insights, and feedback from the region.

On-Site Support

  • Conduct site visits to strengthen communication, operational understanding, and supplier performance.
  • Support site-level operational and maintenance-related procurement issues requiring supplier coordination.
  • Occasional travel within the region (approximately 10%).

Operation and Culinary Excellence

  • Cost optimisation contribution while safeguarding culinary excellence, product integrity, and operational practicality.
  • Service-level improvement to ensure consistent product availability, reliable deliveries, and smooth kitchen operations.
  • Supplier performance improvement aligned with culinary standards, food safety requirements, and operational execution.
  • Regional risk mitigation by anticipating supply, quality, logistics, and pricing risks that could impact kitchen and site operations.

Your profile

  • Conversational English (written and spoken).
  • Strong systems orientation with high proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP; Power Query – advantage).
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Background in hospitality, food service, or restaurant operations – strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple interfaces, prioritise tasks, and work independently within defined frameworks.
  • Experience working with ERP and procurement systems.
  • Availability for occasional regional travel.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative and transparent communication.
  • Structured problem-solving approach.
  • Accountability and ownership within a global framework.
