We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Early Help Hub Manager to join our Family Support Services leadership team within the Social Services & Wellbeing Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee one of Bridgends three Early Help locality hubs and lead the delivery of high-quality, preventative services for children, young people, and families.
- Contribute to the ongoing redesign of Early Help provision across the borough and work with Edge of Care and Strategy colleagues to embed an integrated, consistent, and outcome-focused approach.
- Ensure families receive timely support that reduces the need for statutory intervention.

- The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
- An Enhanced DBS check is a requirement for this post.
