Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72 residents.
Are you someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys making a positive impact on others? We are searching for a dynamic Activities Lead to bring fun and fulfilment to our residents' lives. In this role, you'll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
- Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
