Yarnfield Primary School, part of the Summit Learning Trust, seeks a SEND HLTA to join our Enhanced Provision in support of high-needs pupils. You will lead targeted interventions, work with the SENDCO and staff to deliver inclusive teaching, and contribute to EHCP reviews.
You will mentor Teaching Assistants, promote inclusive practice, and help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally every day.
