Yarnfield Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic SEND HLTA to join our Enhanced Provision, supporting high-needs SEND pupils and shaping inclusive practice. You will work with the SENDCO and staff to deliver targeted interventions and monitor progress across the curriculum.
You will lead small group teaching, mentor Teaching Assistants and collaborate with families and external professionals to ensure every child thrives in a nurturing, ambitious environment.
