Yarmouth Dental Practice is a small practice situated on the Isle of Wight.

We are closely situated in Yarmouth Town with a very convenient link to the mainland and new forest via the Lymington Ferry route.

Start date: ASAP, but willing to wait for the right candidate.

Visa sponsorship might be available for GDC registered, experienced dentist.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our Independent Private Practice in providing high quality care for our Patients.

We are a small team in a longstanding family feel environment.

We currently have a list to take over and a good waiting list of new patients.

We work with a Hygienist and a Dental therapist; we also provide Implants and Orthodontics.

Maintain accurate Patient records using Exact Dental Software.

Fully computerized practice (SOE) with digital radiography, rotary endo, new dental chairs.

Pay

The practice is fully private, percentage is negotiable and depending on skills and experience

Requirements

• BDS or equivalent dental degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• Professional Indemnity
• Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist, preferably some private experience and dental courses towards skills improvement.
• Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Must be confident with routine general dentistry tasks like endodontics, extractions, prosthodontics.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
• Current availability 2-3 days a week.
