Little Phoenix Nursery, part of the Yarm School family, opened in Sept 2026 and is expanding to full capacity. We seek an enthusiastic Room Leader to oversee the Baby Room (up to 18 months) and ensure exceptional early years practice through modelling, coaching and mentoring.
The successful candidate will work with the senior management team, have specialised EYFS training, and participate in safeguarding processes including enhanced DBS checks.
