Our Night Butler will work independently through the night, being the trusted host of our Yarlington residences, delivering a seamless, discreet and highly personalised experience for every guest. From late arrivals to early departures, you will anticipate needs, resolve requests with ease, and ensure the residence is safe, immaculate, and perfectly prepared for the day ahead. This is a role where attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism combine to create unforgettable stays.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage late check-ins and early departures with a warm and professional approach
- Act as the main point of contact for guests overnight
- Respond promptly to guest requests including amenities, wake-up calls and room service
- Monitor security systems and conduct routine property checks
- Handle guest enquiries, bookings and resolve any issues efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and prepare breakfast set-up
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks and ensure presentation standards are met
- Complete reports and prepare the residence for the following day
