Our Butler / Residence Host

As Butler / Residence Host, you will be the welcoming face and trusted presence for our family and their guests at Yarlington.

Acting as the main on‑site point of contact, you will deliver a seamless, highly personalised experience, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

Working closely with the Private Chef and Housekeeping teams, you will create an effortless sense of comfort, care and refined luxury throughout each stay.

This is a fully flexible, guest‑break led role, so you’ll thrive on adapting your working pattern to match stays, leaning in during busy weeks and enjoying quieter periods between breaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally welcome guests and manage arrivals, tours and rooming
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout each stay
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive, personalised service
  • Coordinate bespoke experiences, excursions and transport
  • Support food and beverage service alongside the Private Chef
  • Maintain immaculate residence presentation, including light housekeeping
  • Manage inventories, amenities and daily readiness of the residence
  • Liaise with wider estate teams to ensure seamless service delivery
