As House and Events Co-ordinator, you will be the driving force behind beautifully planned Yarlington House stays, taking confirmed bookings from handover through to guest arrival. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for luxury hospitality, you will coordinate everything from itineraries, dining and transport to special requests, rooming details and operational briefings. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident, organised and guest-focused individual who loves creating memorable experiences and bringing together multiple teams to deliver something truly special.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the guest journey for confirmed Yarlington House stays following handover from the Sales Team.
  • Act as the key pre-arrival contact for guests, building relationships and understanding preferences.
  • Coordinate personalised itineraries, estate experiences, dining reservations, transport and special requests.
  • Gather guest details including dietary requirements, celebration information and stay preferences.
  • Produce and manage operational documents including itineraries, rooming lists, arrival schedules and handover notes.
  • Communicate guest requirements clearly to operational teams and lead briefings where required.
  • Support the planning and delivery of exclusive-use stays, events and group bookings.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure every detail is compliant, organised and guest-ready.

The House & Events Co‑ordinator plays a pivotal role in transforming confirmed bookings into seamless guest experiences by coordinating every detail before arrival and ensuring operational teams are fully prepared to deliver an exceptional stay.
