As we scale across the UK and US markets, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who’s ready to take ownership, support a small but high‑performing finance team, and play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own monthly reporting cycles and annual accounts
- Manage the reporting process end‑to‑end
- Personally handle complex technical accounting areas
- Build and integrate our finance tech stack into the wider Yardi ecosystem
- Partner with Sales Ops to automate processes like On‑Demand sales and full‑time office invoicing
- Support and oversee the work of our management accountant and outsourced bookkeeping partners
- Own billing and cash collection for our core full‑time office brokerage product
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply, and Operations
- Provide insights on the financial impact of decisions and business performance
- Lead finance workstreams for new product launches and international expansion
- Support high‑impact growth initiatives across the organisation
What You Bring
- Relevant degree or chartered accounting qualification
- Strong post‑qualification experience—ideally in a tech‑focused environment
- A hands‑on approach across technical accounting, reporting, and process improvement
