The
Role: This role is all about driving operational excellence across multiple shops, building high-performing teams and delivering outstanding results!
You'll work closely with our Shop Managers, supporting and developing them to deliver world-class pizza, exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.
This is a field-based role with regular travel across our London shops, alongside attendance at meetings and planning sessions!
We expect our Operations Managers to spend the majority of their time in our shops, coaching teams, developing the management teams and making sure every location delivers the Yard Sale Pizza standard!
We're looking for someone who brings great energy, leads from the front and never compromises on quality.
Someone who builds strong relationships, communicates with confidence and holds themselves and others accountable.
