Responsibilities

  • Work with the back‑of‑house team, maintaining the kitchen to high standards.
  • Support the chefs during busy service.
  • Keep the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service.
  • Clean utensils and dishes alongside general kitchen duties.
  • Help prepare ingredients for the chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures within the kitchen.
