Delivery Driver

Overview

Yard Sale Pizza is hiring a Moped Delivery Driver to join our team. We deliver handmade pizzas across multiple sites in London with our own team of drivers.

We opened our ninth Yard Sale Pizza in Crofton Park in 2021 and continue to offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway. We’re a young, fast-growing company with career progression for hardworking and talented individuals. You must have excellent navigation and customer service skills. We provide everything including mopeds, insurance and equipment, and offer hands-on training from an experienced team.

We’re looking for safe and respectful drivers to deliver hot and fresh pizzas to customers on time.

What’s on offer

• Paying £12.21 per hour starting 1st April

• Fully insured 110cc Mopeds and weatherproof equipment provided

• Permanent contract – up to 5 shifts per week depending on the needs of the business

• All overtime is paid for

• Opportunities to progress to Senior Driver Position

• Payment every 2 weeks

• Team Tips paid monthly based on how many hours you work

• We’ll pay half of CBT renewals (Terms apply)

• With our in-house Training programs you can become a manager or a pizza chef!

Essential requirements

• Available to work Friday and Saturday evenings (shifts finish up to 11:30pm)

• 18 years and over

• CBT Licence, or category A (motorcycle) licence & UK drivers licence

• Working smart phone with data & good knowledge of local areas

• Excellent navigation, customer service skills

• Great time management
