Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Work with the back‑of‑house team, maintaining the kitchen to high standards.
- Support the chefs during busy service.
- Keep the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service.
- Clean utensils and dishes alongside general kitchen duties.
- Help with preparing ingredients for the chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures within the kitchen.
- Be a motivated, great team player.
- Have previous experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Be keen to learn new skills and progress.
