Front of House team member at Yard Sale Pizza.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, take orders, answer phone queries, and help ensure a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers and take orders
- Answer the phone to take orders and respond to customer queries
- Recommend menu items and assist guests with selections
- Maintain shop and kitchen cleanliness by following daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members throughout shifts
- Contribute to a fast-paced, friendly dining environment
Qualifications
- Relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a busy/independent restaurant or casual dining setting
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
