Available Shifts:

  • Swing shift - 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
  • Swing shift - 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists beverage team members with duties.
  • Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, immediately notifying the supervisor, and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
  • Ensures that pop and liquor room floors are swept and mopped at all times.
  • Sets up and checks supply during shift (water, fruit, beer, wine, liquor, half-and-half, straws, napkins, cups, matches, etc.).
  • Keeps bar and storage areas free of debris, boxes, and trash at all times.
  • Keeps Cambros full of ice.
  • Breaks down and removes all boxes.
  • Washes bar mats after sweeping and mopping.
  • Takes dirty towels and mop heads to the appropriate area.
  • Continually re-stocks beer throughout the shift.
  • Checks levels of chemicals in dish machines and replaces them as necessary.
  • Cleans out garbage areas thoroughly, emptying garbage regularly, and cleaning garbage cans.
  • Keeps liquor manifold stocked throughout the shift.
  • Retrieves all beer and liquor orders and distributes them to appropriate locations.
  • Checks supplies needed for the following shift and places an order on the requisition sheet.
  • Keeps work area clean.
  • Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
  • Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Understands that schedules are subject to change.
  • Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
  • Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Cleans coolers, including shelves, walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Clears side station floors and walls in all service wells.
  • Clears side station floors and mats in bar areas.
  • Details all dish machines and bar glass washers daily.
  • Maintains proper uniform and name tag and ensures a neat and clean appearance at all times.
  • Performs all other duties specified or assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:

Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametags, ID badges, and slip‑resistant shoes.
  • Reports to work on time, signs, and swipes in properly.
  • Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
  • Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
  • Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience is preferred as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Must also possess a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well‑groomed appearance.
  • Must attend and pass Care (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively).
  • Adheres to the Cut Off Procedures.
  • Must be able to understand Material Safety Data Sheets as required for the position.
  • Ability to obtain all state licensing.
  • Ability to communicate with team members and guests.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to successfully fulfil the pre‑employment process.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Requires ability to constantly lift/pull up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/pull 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
