Yard B is a creative studio specialising in film, animation and design. We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help bring clarity and structure to how Yard B runs day to day. The role is about making sure projects run smoothly, the team stays aligned, and clients experience a well run, thoughtful studio.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep projects running smoothly across multiple clients
  • Support the Founder with planning, prioritisation and operations
  • Build and maintain clear, reliable customer journey processes
  • Organise calendars, schedules and studio logistics
  • Liaise with the team to keep everyone aligned and on track
  • Improve workflows, documentation and ways of working

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in operations, studio management or agency project management
  • Calm, organised and comfortable working autonomously
  • Good at creating systems that actually get used
  • Clear communicator with both creatives and clients
  • Happy working in a small studio where your impact is visible

The details:

  • 18 hours per week (6 hours per day, 3 days per week)
  • £24,000 per year (pro-rated salary, £50,000 FTE)
  • UK-based and ideally within commuting distance of Godalming, Surrey
  • In-person meetings up to once per month
