We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, motivated & customer focussed individual to join our team of coaches meeting the demands of our diverse clientele.

Job specifics:•The applicant must be passionate about teaching and able to deliver good customer care at all times.•To coach riding school and livery clients in all disciplines providing excellent customer experience•Flexible hours available including day time, evenings during the week• Minimum 6 hours per week to include a weekend day•Happy to teach a range of lessons including both adults & children•To ensure the safety and welfare of horses, career students, staff and all clients is imperative•To support safe working practices and observe the Employer’s Health & Safety policy at all times•Ability to understand and uphold TPEC\’s policy and fulfil the ethos of the Centre•Keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues that may arise•Opportunities for CPD and to further your BHS training•Opportunity to ride and other discount benefits onsite

Personal Specification:•Must hold BHS Stage 2 teach or above (or equivalent)•Must be committed to the role and reliability is essential•First Aid and DBS or the documentation required to obtain this.•Fit and healthy for the role and the demands of an outdoor all-weather sport.
