Looking for an additional motivated team member with high standards and a great attitude to client service. The position suits someone with experience in PC, BE or FEI Eventing who aims to groom at competition level. There is opportunity to groom at domestic & international events. Applicant would need to demonstrate ability to participate as a team member and manage a number of horses. Candidates are required to carry out daily routine yard tasks & grooming for competition and client horses.

Aston Stud is a modern, well-equipped yard which is centrally located in Witney, Oxfordshire. We have a small team of quality event horses ranging from 3yo to 4* competing BE, BSJA and FEI. The variety of ages of horses competing means staff will get an opportunity to compete their own horse and/or groom at competitions on a very regular basis. The livery side of the business is crucial to the business model, and we need someone who understands and respects that dynamic.

This is a new role and the employer is open to what skills the applicant can offer. Training using external agents may be available to increase the applicant's grooming or management skill sets if needed. The package will include a salary negotiable on skill set. This is a "live in" position in a well-appointed onsite 3-bedroom flat. Own horse is welcome. Opportunity to compete/school your own horse. Regular development focused tuition will be available. All positive and motivated candidates considered. Good references essential.
