A private show jumping stable near Rugby is seeking an experienced rider/show groom. The role primarily involves developing young horses and general yard duties, with occasional opportunities to jump more established horses.
The ideal candidate will have experience in producing young horses and competing in young horse classes at international events, though national experience may also be considered. There will be opportunities to compete at national and international levels.
We are committed to producing healthy, happy horses for long sports careers. While guidance and support will be provided by other riders and the manager, we require someone confident in correctly producing young horses to ensure positive experiences.
This position can be live-in or out. On-site accommodation is available. The workweek is 5 or 5.5 days. Salary will be competitive based on experience and may include bonuses at the time of horse sales for horses produced by the employee.
