We are looking for an experienced Crop Nutrition Sales Manager to join our Crop Nutrition Services team.

Ideally based in Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire or Kent, you’ll be part of our retail commercial team, working directly with farmers and stakeholders to deliver Yara’s full crop nutrition portfolio – and help shape the future of sustainable farming.

Reporting to the Head of Crop Nutrition Services, this is an opportunity to combine your sales expertise and agricultural knowledge to drive growth while making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Make an impact – champion our market-leading liquid fertilizers and support farmers in maximising their crop potential.
  • Build strong relationships – develop trusted partnerships with farmers and stakeholders, offering tailored agronomic advice and solutions.
  • Drive growth – create and deliver sales strategies that increase market presence and exceed targets.
  • Be a trusted advisor – use your agricultural background to share insights and expertise that help customers succeed in today’s dynamic farming environment.

Profile

  • Strong background in agriculture, with in-depth knowledge of arable farming practices.
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural sector (fertilizers or related products preferred).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about agriculture.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Living in, or willing to relocate to, the specified region
