About the Unit

Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to be part of driving real change in the industry?

We are seeking an experienced Farm Account Manager as part of our Crop Nutrition Services team. Ideally based in Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire or Kent

Reporting to the Head of Crop Nutrition Services, you will to be part of our retail commercial team, delivering Yara\'s full portfolio of crop nutrition solutions directly to farmers and external stakeholders, while shaping the future of sustainable farming.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • Make an Impact: You\'ll be at the forefront of promoting our industry-leading liquid fertilizers, helping farmers in your region to unlock the full potential of their crops.
  • Build Relationships: Forge lasting connections with farmers and key stakeholders, providing them with personalized agronomic advice and tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Drive Growth: With the support of our world-class products and resources, you\'ll have the freedom to develop and execute creative sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Leverage your background in agriculture to become a trusted advisor offering valuable insights and expertise, to help your customer base succeed in today\'s dynamic agricultural landscape.

Profile

  • Background in agriculture with a deep understanding of arable farming practices.
  • Proven track record in sales within the agricultural sector, preferably selling fertilizers or related products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference in agriculture
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Currently living, or willing to relocate, to within the specific region.
