Yapily is seeking an experienced Technical Software Engineering Lead to drive design, development and delivery of core microservices. You will blend hands-on coding with architectural oversight and people leadership to enable an AI-enabled engineering culture and faster developer velocity.

You will own architectural decisions, shape API design, ensure system health and collaborate with Product on capacity planning and strategy while mentoring ICs and guiding teams through complex engineering.
