We are seeking an experienced Contracting Manager to join our Global Contracting Team, focusing on the UK and Ireland markets. This is a remote position, ideally based in the UK or Ireland. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the hotel and travel sector who want to leverage their market knowledge and local network to strengthen Yanolja Go Global’s presence in these key regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with hotels across the UK and Ireland.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with company standards, commercial targets, and legal guidelines.
- Identify new hotel partners and expand portfolio coverage in key destinations.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring competitive rates, availability, and promotions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence.
- Represent Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs, workshops, and industry networking events when required.
- Based in the UK or Ireland.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Contracting Manager or in a similar B2B role within the travel industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building abilities and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of the UK and Irish hotel markets.
