We are seeking an experienced Contracting Manager to join our Global Contracting Team, focusing on the UK and Ireland markets.

This is a remote position, ideally based in the UK or Ireland.

The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the hotel and travel sector who want to leverage their market knowledge and local network to strengthen Yanolja Go Global’s presence in these key regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with hotels across the UK and Ireland.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with company standards, commercial targets, and legal guidelines.
  • Identify new hotel partners and expand portfolio coverage in key destinations.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring competitive rates, availability, and promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams: Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence.
  • Represent Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs, workshops, and industry networking events when required.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK or Ireland.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Contracting Manager or in a similar B2B role within the travel industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship‑building abilities and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the UK and Irish hotel markets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel when needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with both independent hotels and international chains.
  • Knowledge of travel industry distribution models: bedbanks, OTAs, wholesalers.
  • Familiarity with rate management, seasonal pricing, and market trends.
  • Established network within the hotel and tourism sector in the UK and Ireland.
