Job summary

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will influence, strengthen and manage the relationship with Amazon and internal business partners. You will be focused on identifying ways to drive consumer consumption of Outdoor & Recreation driving brands like Coleman, Contigo, Marmot and others. You will help develop the policies and practices to “win” in ecommerce while working with brand leaders and internal & external partners on programs and initiatives.

You will work independently while being a member of the EMEA eCommerce team, which acts as the Center of Excellence for the EMEA region.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Yor Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the EMEA Amazon Outdoor & Recreation strategy for driving consumer consumption by developing principles & best practices for product selection, marketing & media activation & promotional investment.

  • Jointly own the P&L with sales & operations partners to optimize sustainable growth via Amazon EMEA.

  • Influence and align with internal business leaders, both within and outside of ecommerce functions, of Amazon EMEA O&R growth ambitions and investments.

  • Partner with brand marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive programs across all channels.

  • Lead the development of long-term growth strategies and portfolio selection using qualitative and quantitative analysis.

  • Maximise ROI by managing the media budget and implementing search strategies to boost brand visibility.

  • Manage content development and KPI reporting and drive new Amazon market opportunities.

  • What You’ll Need

    Minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience (preferred experience with Amazon)

  • University degree in Business or similar field

  • Experience with finance notions of P&L, budgeting process, & cost estimating

  • Willing to travel occasionally internationally

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven analytical skills and strategic experience with the ability to embrace the challenge of dramatically increasing Ecommerce revenue

  • Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI

  • Comfort with data driven decision processes

  • Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business
