The company's vertical website pandahall.com was launched in 2004 and has been online for more than 20 years. The company's customers are mainly from Europe and the United States. The company now plans to set up a warehouse store in London and conduct business both online and offline. Offline sales rely on pandahall.com’s UK customers (20% from London) and expected new customers. Sales are also expected to be generated through participating in various jewellery shows and exhibitions. Online sales are scheduled via online platforms, including its own website and third party platforms, such as Amazon and eBay. Online operations will be assisted by a team on China end while the UK store dispatches orders and processes returns. The business prospects to be replicated in Europe and North America if it succeeds in the UK.
The store manager is fully responsible for the UK business.
- Responsible for the daily management of the store;
