Job Description: Operations Supervisor
Overview
Reporting to the Europe Operations Manager, the Regional Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing daily operational support, conducting standardized inspections, and continuously developing/refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all franchise stores across Europe. This role is crucial in maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support & Data Analysis
- Performance & Feedback Monitoring: Collect and analyze monthly revenue data; track monthly Google reviews for public opinion and brand reputation monitoring.
- Franchise Coordination: Provide actionable advice on customer complaint handling; coordinate inter-store inventory/goods transfers; serve as the point of contact for product-related Q&A and analyze store order volumes.
2. Store Inspection & Auditing
- Comprehensive Audits: Develop inspection standards and conduct regular store visits. Document issues (via descriptions and photos), track rectification progress, assign performance grades, and archive audit reports.
- Mystery Shopper Program: Execute mystery shopper visits and complete standardized rating evaluations.
- Store Profiling: Investigate and record specific store operational details to maintain an accurate regional database).
- Operational Guides & Checklists: Develop and update specific guidelines related to daily store operations and standardized procedures.
- Food Safety & Allergen Management: Create and distribute food safety protocols, precautionary measures, and allergen management standards.
- Visual & Service Standardization: Maintain and continuously update a cloud-based database (Google Drive) of on-site display cabinet photos from all stores. Regularly consolidate and share regional operational highlights and best practices for cross-store reference.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with all details of Yangguofu Malatang store operations and standard procedures.
- Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent documentation/SOP writing abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site store inspections across Europe.
- Strong communication and coaching skills to effectively guide and influence franchisees.
